At The House of Karma, we take great care in preparing and dispatching your jewellery. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping, delivery, and undelivered parcel procedures.

Shipping Destinations

The House of Karma ships across India and to selected international destinations.

International shipping availability may depend on the destination country, applicable laws, courier serviceability, and customs requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Orders received during these days will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, festive periods, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Within India

Orders shipped within India are generally estimated to be delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Shipping and Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, courier partner, customs clearance, and local delivery services. The estimated delivery timeline, where available, may be communicated during checkout or after order confirmation.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to The House of Karma.

Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays beyond our estimated timelines.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹699 within India.

For orders of ₹699 or below, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping service.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations within India.

There is currently no additional COD charge.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location and courier serviceability. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders unless expressly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided while placing the order, where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update after dispatch.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@thehouseofkarma.in as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch. However, an address change cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

If an order is returned to The House of Karma due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or other delivery-related reasons, the order will be treated as a returned shipment.

For eligible prepaid orders, the refundable order amount will be processed after the returned parcel is received and inspected by us. Any non-refundable charges, if applicable and lawfully disclosed, may be excluded from the refund.

If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order through our website. Returned orders will not automatically be re-shipped under the original order.

For Cash on Delivery orders returned due to failed delivery or non-acceptance, no monetary refund will be applicable where no payment has been collected.

Delayed Shipments

While we work with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, public emergencies, remote location serviceability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you with the available shipment information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us promptly at hello@thehouseofkarma.in with your order number and relevant details.

Claims relating to damaged products may be subject to our Return and Exchange Policy. We may request photographs or an unboxing video to help review the concern.
